Matt Demo

With over 20 years of industry experience, Matt brings extensive hands-on scaffolding knowledge, operational expertise and proven leadership to his role as General Manager. Before joining WMA Scaffolding, he worked in his family’s business, Perimeter Scaffolding, which was later acquired by WMA.

Matt oversees the performance and direction of the business while remaining closely involved in scaffolding quotes and designs, ensuring projects are accurately planned and efficiently executed from the outset. Known for connecting on-site teams with executive leadership, he builds strong relationships across all levels of the business and leads the team towards safe, seamless and successful project delivery.
